All Russian Tour operators were re-registered in RosTourism Federal Tour operator’s Register.
Effective October 7th 2009, reference number was changed for the new MVT number (RosTourism register number), which is indicated on the voucher/invitation.
When applying at the Russian consulate, please make sure that MVT number is indicated in the tourist visa consulate application forms instead of the reference number.
